The Institute for Innovation and Skills Development (IISD)

is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to tackling pressing challenges faced by young people, including lack of skills, opportunities and resources. IISD empowers students across all levels - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and those who have dropped out - with skills and knowledge needed to become innovative entrepreneurs and competitive contributors in different sectors and industries.

Fostering a generation of skilled and motivated young people who drive innovation, solve problems and create employment opportunities, driving economic growth and development.

To equip young people with the necessary skills that respond to new trends and economic demands, relevant to different sectors, industries and entrepreneurship and offer support needed to succeed.
